    Quite specific really, I picked up a jar of pickled eggs last week in Tesco. Tasty wee buggers, but is the protein zapped by the fact they've probably been lying in the vinegar for months. Or is that irrelevant, an egg's an egg kinda thing.

    uh pretty sure the protein content wont be affected.
