No, if it worked you wouln't be back here looking to loose the weight again! Spend some time reading the nutrition stickies. Not only will you loose weight the healthy way, you'll feel fantastic with a healthier diet... its the only sustainable approach to weightloss.

Although you are looking for weightloss and Lipotrim and it's similars seem very appealing (tried it once myself). Best perhaps to just look at changing your eating choices and habbits for the long term.

Good luck in your quest. :)

:) thanks for the replies much appreciate them.I totally agree a sensible diet and exercise is the best way to go,ive lost a stone in the last 6 months doing this. When i did do the lipotrim i lost 8lbs in a week without feeling much anxiety,i only stopped coz everyone at work kept tabs on me and didnt want any attention but hard to do at the staff table.i may try it again for 2 weeks to give me some motivation, reason why i want to lose weight is because i find the chronic back pain i have is much better when im slimmer, although my doc disagrees as he thinks im a good weight for my height.im fit and active.i was just wondering if anyone had a story of great success but maybe weight watchers may be a better idea for now .thanks all :)
