I absolutely refuse to give up. If you give up what have you left? Despair? Depression? If you keep trying at least you have the fight and I love a good fight! If something doesn't work, try a different way. If it just doesn't work no matter what you do ... Move the goal posts. Success is all about one's ability to adapt .... Well that's my opinion anyway

My motto is 'if you never try, you will never fail' Works every time or not if you look at it literally....can you look at something literally? I dont know and i'm not going to try in case i fail. Wallow in self pity for awhile, force yourself to watch films that make ye cry, buy a refil pad and rip up every page.....or spring clean your room and rip up every spare bit of paper/old receipts there! Ripping itself and the sound is theraputic
If you have a bean bag or plain old pillows punch the crap out of them!

Eat all the food that is bad for you and throw a few drinks in there too.

Was denied access to my son several times and yeah I thought feck it, just walk way, depressed, felt helpless. Far easier life.
