Menu bar missing

Sorry I don't know if this belongs in feedback or not, I have no menu bar to see if there might be a more suitable forum, so please move accordingly if there is. did you try clearing your cache and are you using standard or Beta?

seems to have happened to everyone i talked to on any skin other than Beta (seems to be the only one unaffected)

beta's a bit of alright, actually.

I hadn't known there were quite so many forums.

switch to beta (bottom of the linked page) for anyone who needs to switch but like me, couldn't find it.
