"Gift" of time and training schedule

    Howya lads ive posted before that I'm training for rugby. I'm just looking for help organising my training schedule. My (ex)GF has just given me the gift of time so

    I have a weights session 3xweek. thats not going to change, current lifts are

    Squat 115kgx1
    Dead 150kgx1
    Bench 78kgx1

    trouble is between mon-fri i want to fit in a cardio based metcon, 2 speed/sprint sessions and 2 runs(2/3/4 miles) with rugby on a tue and thurs.

    Firstly am i overdoing it? and secondly how would you arrange it, overlap on the weights days i think is inevitable

    ask all the questions you want id appreciate any feedback!!
