Solution request for email encryption end-to-end TLS

Hello, Got the ball rolling on another project:a client needs to send email emails to a bank using full TLS communication. I've used SSL in the past,now i am checking options for TLS. How does that works with the banks ?? Do they tell you 'how to' do it based on their policy or you just go on your internal server and…

Hello,

How do you know is working?
How do they know that you have it ?
How do i prove to my end user that is 110% up&running and safe !??
