http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-14417084 I am an oesophageal cancer survivor, have a young baby and am unable to get out of the house during the day as we live in a townhouse and I can not get my young daughter down the stairs. I also still have chronic fatigue and due to the surgery I had can not eat large volumes of food (eating regularly is not really easy either as I am a type 1 diabetic). I do push my daughers pram in the living room and I do walk her into the kitchen but that is about it. Most days I get a 10 minute walk when someone minds her but that is about it. I would do anything to be healthy for my husband and children (we also have a todler).

I would be greatful for any suggestions.

I would love to be able to help you, but you really aren't asking in the right place.

You have a number of physiological issues there which probably no-one here has the understanding or expertise to help with.

    Sorry.

I was up to walking for about 30 minutes a day but have been busy having my children (I am a 4+ year survivor), I had a c-section but that was over 9 weeks ago. I just want to be stronger and fitter for my children. Sorry, it is just fustrating.

I appreciate that it's extremely frustrating Cathy but unfortanately - like d'Oracle said - with your history it's just not feasible for anyone to give you advice here. Sorry.
