Welfare payment collection day?

Hi, I am in receipt of a SW payment each Wednesday. This Wednesday I have a second round interview (fingers crossed!) in Cork and I will have to leave before the Post Off opens and most likely will not be back before it closes. Can I collect the payment on the following day or what is the procedure?
