Opinions on these if people could...

I have lost weight over the last 12 months,5 stone approx, more due to a lifestyle change than a diet.Exercise, better food options etc.
It is just snack/treat/picking items i am slightly stuck on
    Usually i go for either

    1) 4 oatcakes with peanut butter and jelly to make a buscuit type sambo,PB&J on 1 half only, these with coffee
    2) Mixed nuts from Tesco, small handfull twice daily
    3) Granola bars,1 a day at most,with coffee
    4) Strawberries and more strawberries,6/7 a day

    Any advice,criticisms welcome.............

It depends if you're watching your calories I suppose
I have 1 oatcake with 1tsp/10g meridian natural peanut butter and half of tsp of St Dalfour low sugar jam and that's 99cals.
25g (a small portion, maybe less than your "small handfull") of mixed nuts is 145cals
But at least these 2 options havea good dose of protein
the granola bars are generally full of refined carbs & sugar - they're marketed as healthy options but aren't really.
The strawberries are low cal & berries would be the lower sugar of the fruits but usually best to combine a fruit with protein to prevent sugar spike - I like pb with apple slices, or some cheddar with an apple is tasty too.

I had that feeling about the Granola bars,ah well.
What about the Granola cereal then, much the same?
Maybe 2 oatcakes then instead of 4,do love them with coffee ya see, beats eating bourbon creams!
