    Hey,
I done my Leaving Cert this year and over the course of the year I've just been sitting in, studying, eating more and just not really going out. I have put on a small bit of weight. Nothing that other people have noticed but I have seen it, especially on my stomach. I was never very active anyway but I ate a lot less crappy food.

I am drinking a lot of Coca~Cola and eating a lot of fast food. I am trying to walk more places rather than drive, and I am now also cutting down a lot on fast food and Coke. If I do get fast food I get less fatty and greasy food rather than something destroyed in grease and when I do want coke I take a diet coke.

What I'm trying to find out is if I cut down big time on the junk that I am eating and drinking am I likely to loose weight without having to exercise a lot?

I was always quite very slim but didn't drink coke or eat much fast food and now I'm kind of addicted to it.

    Thanks :P

I would think that you would loose some weight but I'm not exactly an expert!

Drink water instead of coke but exercise is good even if its just an extra walk to a friends gaf instead of a lift/bus.

Junk food...cut it out as much as you can. the odd time is ok...we're all human
