    The answer is none.

You can make gains in muscle, strength by consistent, hard and intelligent workouts in the gym over a prolonged period of time.

Now when training hard an increase in protein intake will make this process more favourable.

Therefore any good quality verifiable whey protein will do the job in conjunction with a good diet.

Food is always your first place too look though it's easy to get caught up in the supplement industry marketing and empty promises

Whey protein is fast acting protein, which works best taking within 20 mins after your workout. Casein is slow acting and is best taking before bed to give you protein through the night. One thing about casein however is some people say it can lead to cancer, up to yourself whether you believe it or not really.

The brand of protein i take is optimum nutrition and i find it works well. this is a great cheap site to buy from.. http://www.discountsupplements.ie/
