Deffinition - More sets or less body fat?

    Hi Folks,

    im currently nearly 16stone, body fat of 23%. Been lifting for a good while and have made big size gains but as i've been bulking about half of this is fat (i was bout 15% bodyfat at 13 stone)

    Now im looking for cut. From what ive been reading if I keep lifting heavy i should regain the muscle.... im not going on a mad cut, just cutting out carbs later, throwing in some cardio and cleaning up the eating.

    Question is, should i keep my routine the same? Im currenlty running routines where i lift 3 sets of 8-10 reps, aiming for failure on the last set. Should i add in more sets?

    Will i gain definition from just dropping my bodyfat or should I also change my routine?
