Hi I have joined Northwood Gym and don’t know anybody from the area. I am not from the area but joined Northwood because my back is not great and need a gym with a pool. I work shift and try to get to the gym 3 times a week mostly for weight training. Is there anybody else in the same position, if so maybe we could meet up…
