    Hi,
I am back working out in the gym and am focusing mainly on wights as i want to tone up/gain muscle. I lost a couple of stone but now i want the muscle building to begin. I'm 6ft5 but can look very stick like if i lose too much weight. Just wondering about if i should take protein shakes or creatine or anything like that??? i know recovery time will help with protein so just wondering has anybody got some advice.
    Cheers
