Whats the best way to ask this girl out?

Right theres this girl that works in the local take away, i really like her but dont know her that well and its awkward trying to have a conversation as it busy any time i go in there. I was planning on asking her out but dont know whats the best way to do it ?
I only know her first name as its on her uniform , should i try find out her full name and add her on facebook , i never seem to get the opportunity to ask her out as i never see her out, i think i might have the balls to ask her if i met her in a nite-club but no way could i ask her sober in a busy take away.
Any advice ?

Work out how much you like eating in this take away and how much you want to ride this girl (who probably gets hit on daily). If she says no then the awkwardness of it may prevent you from getting the take away. There is a hot girl in the off licence across the road from me. I would never sacrifice my easy access to booze by asking her out. Plus i dont have any balls, which may contribute more to the factor.

Iv seen her talking to other girls that id know , but never really been talking to them either. Have talked a small bit about going at weekends and stuff. Not much really . I think the facebook way might be a bit creepy too.

Well if you have friends that know her friends then you can find out where she goes out etc, thats the long way. The short way, and this worked for a buddy, he wrote his number on receipt after he got his clothes and gave it to her and said text me if you want to get a drink or something sometime and calmly walked out the door while dying of embarrassment inside, they going out 3 years now! if your bricking it maybe have a couple of shots but dont over do it or you will blow it. dont forget gum so you dont smell of drink and dont leave it too long incase someone else moves in!

Chat to her on a quiet night when your sober and feel out the vibe then if it's positive ask her out,you have more to lose by not asking her out.

Do the receipt idea or ask her out when it's quite. I would do the latter probable as you will know straight away if she likes you or not and also if she says no you can still get a snack box meal on the way out to ease the pain

Then pass by her house a lot without saying at very weird times of the day.

It's probably been mentioned earlier in the thread, but I'd say ask her very discreetly - i.e if she's the only one out front, or on a smoke break etc. DO NOT put her on the spot in front of her boss, fellow staff, or other customers. You'll almost certainly get turned down.

You could try something cheeky where you "slip her" your number (all the better if you can precede this with some conversation/having a laugh). I really think a bit of cheekiness helps in these situations. It shows confidence, but also alleviates a lot of the awkwardness that can possibly ensue. If she says no, just laugh it off and walk out.

Good luck, and if it doesn't work out, pat yourself on the back for at least having the balls to try.

TBH this is probably one of the best ideas. And it includes a quick exit too!

Failing that id go with a dropkick over the counter.

It would take some balls to ask her out while in the que if other people or there. Since you haven't seen her out and about I think the first thing you should do is learn about her habits.
Before the chipper closes at night, go there wearing a trench coat with the collar turned up and also stick a hat on yourself. Simply wait behind the wheelie bins and follow her home.
Once you know where her house or apartment is you can start looking through her rubbish. It'a amazing what you learn about a person. For example, you might find receipts for Tesco or Supervalu or someplace.
Then you can start doing your shopping there. You will also see what food she likes so if you spot her in the shop one day you can make a bee line for whatever aisle her likely shopping list will be leading to. If you see a particular item she will be coming for, hide all the stock except for one. Time it so that you will be going for it the same time you will and then start up your conversation.
This is a very clever idea, not creepy or weird. Good luck.

Wait till your sober or you will look like a fool. Stalk the takeaway place till you find a quiet time then go in and order something that will take a while thus giving you time to get courage up. When you get that courage just bite the bullet and throw into conversation her working hours. An example being 'oh you must work every weekend does that get annoying?' or something.
When she says no I have or will have Friday (or whatever day) off you go in for the kill. You then say oh I am off that night to do you want to meet up maybe and go for a drink or the cinema? This stop you being so embarrsed if she says no as you can just make up a lie if she does eg: 'Oh thats fine I was going with my friends anyway'.
This is a simple no fail approach so go do it!:D
