I was wondering if anyone knew of any Private or Public Gyms in Lanzarote, Puerto Del Carmen?
That you can pay as you go or join weekly/monthly?

I’ve have been training hard the last 2 months and now have to go away for 2 weeks and don’t ruin the good work by doing nothing for the 2 weeks but unfortunately is none attached to the apartment complex I’m staying in.

If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it

Take the two weeks off lad. It wont ruin your good work. It'll just take you a week or two to get back up to speed when you get home.

If you run along the prom back towards the airport away from the town, there's an open air gym (hydraulic machines etc etc) - might not get same workout, but the run out there and back and a little circuit doing bodyweight and machine would be handy.
As others have said - end of the day it's a holiday, so enjoy it, but it's nice to keep ticking over as well.
There's always swimming, running on the beach etc etc - don't necessarily need a gym.

Have you trx or gymrings? bring those and you have mobile gym :-)

only after getting back from my own hols so only after seeing your post. if you go down past the harbour and away from new town theres a gym on the road parallel to the sea going up the hill.
Personally I reckon your holiday in your holiday and its time off from the gym too-do a bunch of planks and push ups if you feel the need but not much more

thats the run i did, along the prom, you can also hire bikes, lanzarote is a great place for cycling. those outdoor machines are a waste of time though.

the faroines Hotel has a great gym that you can use on a pay as you go basis. its well kitted out and nice and quite during the day i went a couple times when i was there. its located beside the hotel but is a seperate building, it has its own outdoor pool and a few tennis courts.

Im aware this is an old thread . Anyone been in athletico gym in lanzarote ? Gymvisit.com says its a good gym for bodybuilders so it must have a decent level of equipment .

The two gyms in Puerto del Carmen are quite good.

Check them out beforehand for times and daily use charges
