Paint stripping a P226

    Hi have a KJ P226, nice gun but the paint finish is way too glossy for my liking, so I am either going to flat it down or remove and respray. My question is has anybody any experience of using stripper on a handgun? I know the stripper could damage the metal so any info would be much appreciated

    maybe you could try and pm the joker, he does a lot of this kind of thing to his pistols.

    hey SOCOM here is some info regarding paint stripping by Joker linky be warned its an extremely painful procedure but if you get it done properly the results are well worth the trouble :D

    Woah! Did not think a finish like that was possible! Thanks for the link, gonna go ahead and strip the gun, I will post pics soon, thanks guys
