I need a thang :-) Do you do something with every post that's identifiable as being your thang? or is such attempts to break away from the flock frowned upon here by the greater masses.

my thing is to be a background poster. on the other forum i'm on, i have 10k+ posts in under a year and i'm a very prominent poster and i have to stick to a certain image etc. here, nobody knows me. i have never have one-on-one conversations with people here. people might thank my post, someone may post a response to me, i may even debate for a page or so but everything gets lost after a couple of days. i like how i can just blend in without everybody causing a scene. the internet is meant for escapism, after all.
