Camtasia/iMovie - File Import Problem

    Hi,

    I'm a relative noob to video editting, so forgive me if I'm missing something obvious.

    I cant seem to import movie files to Camtasia or iMovie (MPG4, MOV) that a friend has kindly filmed for me, I suspect I'll need to do some form of conversion? Example details below.

    Have to get video editted by Friday, so any insights gratefully received.
