Homemade Chin, Dip, Squat work out station

So I'm finished work in a few days and have the month of August free to do as i will! My gym membership expires in October and for what i use it for i dont think its worth renewing, i'd happily do me cardio round a few laps of the local gaa pitch.

For my resistance training i've been designing a couple of rough drafts of an outdoor 3 in one station, including a chin up bar two side bars used as a dip station and some sort of a squat rack implementation.

Two first 2 are fine in the design but im not too sure how to approach the squat side of things! would i be better off with multiple levels for offload or would it be worth the hassle? it would be alot easier to design it to use the dip bars for this.

I've been thinking something similar to :

Has anybody got any recommendations, experience or tips before i go too far that i cant turn back!

Sorry no. Just convenient for squats. Bought a chin-up bar years ago in argos.
It's now got a pulley and some counterweight attached.

I suppose a door frame pull up bar would do. The special gizmos (iron gym) are on sale in tesco last time I looked. 20% off I think.

I used to use kitchen chairs for dips. Kitchen chairs and a yard brush for supine rows and calor kosangas cylinderrs for deadlift meself.
