    The Russians carried the SU-25UTG for ground attack missions, though it remains to be seen if the Chinese are going to use the J15 for multiple roles.

    Ye, it would be messy alright with a large air wing, like for example on a US carrier, which is where the catapults come in handy. But using the Russian Kuznetsov as an example, it's air wing is about 18 SU-33/SU-25 total, so it shouldn't be that difficult to launch using full length if they parked them right.
    Obviously you couldn't land at the same time doing this, which again is where the US carriers have an advantage.

    FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.
