    Hi All,
I am travelling on Sunday to Kusadasi, Turkey for two weeks. I cannot eat gluten and I was wondering if anyone know of any restaurants that can cater for a gluten free diet? Or any shops / brands that do gluten free products?
    Thanks in advance biggrin.gif

My memory of Turkey was that it wasn't hard to get gluten free food, because most things are cooked from scratch and not processed, and it's the processed food which is the killer.

You can usually go into the kitchen and explain what you need and the chef will point out the foods which are suitable.
