I am wondering what would the best (but cheapish) student broadband be? I'll need television as well so I was thinking UPC, but when I looked on their website but their bundles also include a telephone which I don't need. Also is there any student offers (like a 9 month contract instead of a 12 month contract)?

upc used to do a student offer but the part on the site is gone give them a ring
