TINY black dots on my heel?

    Hey all,

I recently noticed that I have a small line of tiny tiny black dots on the sole of my left foot.

I noticed these only a few days ago, none of these dots are bigger than the point of a needle, I actually thought it was just a bit of black from maybe my boots that I missed during a shower.

Went back into the shower and scrubbed, but realised that they were under my skin!

So basically a cluster of tiny pin prick sized dots in a small line on the inside of my sole.

Anyone have this before or know what they are ? Not moles, 2 small and many to be warts and again, they r so small, just tiny tiny black dots.

I'm normally quite hygenic, however I've been doing a serious amount of excercise recently. Astroturf soccer, running, weights and all that. So regardless, although I shower after soccer, my feet will be damp while and after playing until I get home.

I'm wondering what YOU THINK they are and what the treatment is? I won't take it as gospel don't worry and if it doesn't go away I'll go the a GP but just wondering if it's a common sporting thing and if people have had this before could you share you thoughts/tips.

    Thank you! :)

You can't ask for a diagnosis on the forum, sorry :)
