Brush your teeth. Weird but it works.

You also may actually just be hungry, so eat a good dinner. Your brain will get hungry when it's trained to expect food. So it might take a couple days of white-knuckling it before it becomes a habit.

If you want to keep the muscle you'll need protein, these bars are high protein, lovely and filling. Best of all you can change the ingredients to suit you:

Whether it's being smart or not I don't know - but I know a woman who's lost at least two stone by taking up smoking. It's certainly not a healthy option nor would I condone it but it's solely due to her taking up such a nasty/expensive habit that she's lost so much weight without even knowing.

    There's nothing 'good' about smoking...

It's also a Health & Fitness forum. Personally, I don't think you recommending a person take up smoking is particularly wise

are you saying you are fitter since you started smoking?

I think you are deluded if you believe this.

He could easily be fitter since he started smoking.
But that doesn't mean he is because he started smoking.
Could be a million reasons he is fitter.

I suppose the reason I'm baffled he would say that is because I take 'fit' to mean 'healthy'.

Wouldn't be the best way to avoid a crash and cravings to eat in a balanced healthy manner throughout the day, so you never have a crash?

Fit means level of fitness, which is a measure of physical ability, not healthy (although being fit generally means healthier).
If he stopped smoking and kept up what ever he did for fitness would prob be fitter, and definitely healthier
