Anyone have any experience of the benefits of Acupuncture as a remedy for mild depression/mood swings...?

Any recommendations on practitioners in Dublin?

Anne Marie McClory. Works out of the Fitzwilliam street, clinics in Swords also.
PM her number to you. Cured my sinus. I'd be surprised if she can't help you.

i had a problem on my facet joint T3 which the physio fixed. But my muscles in my shoulder had gone into a spasm.

went to paul o'brien in kimmage and he was very good. However a bit far for me to travel so I went to Anne Marie McClory for 1 final session.

I found it great last year for sleeplessness, which was tied into depression. About 6 sessions once a week had me sorted.

I have no idea how it works or how they do it but the results can speak for themselves. I went for a lower back injury. Where I was in constant spasm that no amount of physio and stretching was helping. 3 sessions and I was unlocked and feeling fine. Remarkable!

I have major pain in my lower back for the last 6-7 months from an injury. If you think an acupuncturist could help with this please e-mail me his or her details. I live in the North Dublin area btw. I went to a chiropractor a few times and I thought it was a complete waste

I think it would depend on the type of back injury. As mentioned earlier, muscular spasm and it worked well, but but if it is vertabrae related, maybe not.

I use an osteopath myself for back trouble and find them a lot lot better than a chiropractor. They do a lot of deep tissue massage as well as manipulation and I think it is a lot more effective.

My guy is South Dublin so no good to you, maybe someone can recommend one close to you.
