    Hi

I woke up yesterday with a pain in my back and I just thought it was the way I slept and I could shake it off..
I stupidly went to the gym and was weight lifting, I still slighly felt it and did t think much of it, I was doing bench pressing different positions amd inclines and butterflys with free weights aswell as using other weights machines

I'm not looking for medical advice but some back excersices which would help ever since yesterday afternoon I've had a bad pain. I'm fine when walking and sitting, it's when I lie down and go to get up I get an excruciating pain centre of my back an for a few minutes after when getting up, but sitting in some positions I get a pain too.

I'm worried I did damage to my spine and i'm taking it easy today. I'll see how're weekend for I hope I just aggrivated the tween I had

if anyone has any advice that would be great

    Cheers

you are looking for medical advice even if you don't know it. There are more types of back pain than can be solved with exercises.

Go see a doctor, a physio or both
