Eat natural bars

    Hey everyone
    These are on special in tesco at the moment and my mam bought me loads and They are super nice, she's eating them while trying to give up cake/biscuits and she says they leave her full so I'm gonna try them as a breakfast bar and maybe something to have in the evening after the gym

    anyone had them ?

    Just so ou know, just because they are natural doesn't mean they are a good choice.
    They are prob worse than cakes and biscuits. They have between 230 and 280 calories per bar

    Had a random look at some of the bars NI, the sugar count is high in them, varied between 29% - 55%. Bear this in mind with your diet. Plain nuts would be better for dieting and IMO they're surprisingly filling.

    Are you choosing it as a breakfast bar as part of a diet or because ya don't have time? I'll stick to me weetabix def rather than go for one of these :pac:
