Knee Pain/Workout

    Hi!

Just wondering if anyone has any advice, I go to the gym about 4/5 times a week, mixing it up each day with Cardio (generally 15 mins to half an hour on either cross trainer/bike/tread mill) with weights, next day might be cardio with leg work (sqauts, lunges), next might be just cardio etc etc. Ive been getting a pain in my right knee the past couple of weeks or so...but its not so much a pain as a slight uncomfortable-ness, like my knee cracks and clicks in and out of place. I've been laying off the leg work as well as the treadmill and have started taking glucosamine, chondrotin and fish oils as well as wearing a support bandage, but its not showing any signs of letting up, in fact my left knee is starting to feel it to. I dont want to give up on the working out because I've worked quite hard and was starting to see results. Is the cross-trainer and bike still ok to use? And is there anything I can do to substitute the leg work as it was my bum and thighs I was really hoping to improve!
Any advice would be much appreciated.
    Thanks

Go see a qualified medical professional. The fact that your left knee is now feeling pains is a sign your body is compensating for a now chronic injury in your right knee which you need to get fixed, the sooner the better!
