    They sometimes sellotape a energy gel to the water bottles. Sometimes they burst in your hand when you grab them.

    Andy will attack at the bottom of the Alpe d'huez. Wether Evans catches them on the descent or not.
    He knows he can get away from Evans at will, then its down to will-power to stay away.

    Thats what I realised and edited my post accordingly. mgmt was just giving another bit of info that I wouldnt have been aware of as a non-cyclist.

    He's referring to the euphemism 'sticky bidon'. Where the hand off of the bottle is delayed long enough to give the uninitiated observer the impression that the cyclist is being assisted.

    Leopard team car says Frank is with Evans and showdown on Alpe d'Huez and that they were surprised by Contador but Andy is very strong, mentally too and wants to show everybody what he's got.
