    Hey all,

Anyone out there who has done outdoor bootcamp/exercise classes - what type of runners do ye go for?

I don't want to use my "proper" running shoes (Asics Kayanos)

Is there a more all-purpose shoe out there which is suitable for this kind of activity but which still provides enough support/cushioning?

Read a couple of articles which said running shoes suitable but I am a little sceptical to be honest

    Thanks

Trail shoes I guess... if it's going to be wet and muddy out. Which it probably will be considering it's Ireland.
