There's no health danger in eating egg whites.........or egg yokes.

The myth that eggs are unhealthy has been disproven by science a long time ago.

Dietary cholesterol isn't the cause of blood cholesterol.

A bad diet leads to high cholesterol, thats all.
Eggs are not part of a bad diet.

I read an article from a mag pinned on the wall of a gym than read 6+ eggs a week is bad. BS so.

Anyone got an article I can print for them that says otherwise?

They probably won't listen anyway. People like to remain ignorant.

A gym with misinformation on their notice board is bad.
I want to give them an informed article on the subject they can pin on the wall instead.

Incorrect. Saturated fat is good for you.

Ever since the introduction of low-fat diets cholestorol levels and heart disease have increased. Hydrogenated fats are the ones to avoid like the plague.

So throwing away the egg yolk is throwing away slightly less than half of the protein of an egg, as well as all the vitamins and healthy fats.

Hydrogenated fats > Where are they found?

Fast food, biscuits, cakes, margerine, butter-like spreads, crisps, some breakfast cereals, some breads, etc.

Google it and you should find more.

Egg yolk has a very small amount of saturated fat (<1.5g), and it's not actually clear whether saturated fat raises LDL cholesterol, and it's not the LDL cholesterol that's intrinsically an issue, more the oxidisation of the LDL cholesterol which is influenced by other factors. And eggs contain vitamins we know are good for the heart. So fair enough if you don't like the taste, I get sick of them from time to time too, but eggs are good eatin'.
