Routine Recommendation

    Hi. I'm looking for some suggestions for a weight lifting routine. I was doing the Stronglifts routine until around a month ago when I travelled to Africa and had no access to a gym until now.

    The gym I have access to now has no squat rack, or even a smith machine, so I am not able to do normal back squats. It doesn't have a proper olympic barbell either, so I'm kind of concerned about doing deadlifts.

    What the gym does have is dumbbells that go up to about 30kg and a range of machines - lat pulldown, cable machine, chest fly machine, pullup machine, leg press, calf raise, and probably a row machine for the back.

    If anyone could recommend a simple but comprehensive routine for me that would be much appreciated. Thanks.
