Bloated Stomach and Tension everywhere

I'm not sure if I've posted this question in the right section. Basically, my stomach is constantly bloated. Some days more than others and some days it's really sore.

Recently, I've found that I'm getting weird sensations in my legs (especially at night), my right arm and sometimes my chest. It kind of feels like I'm full of pressure and it needs to be released. I'm always waking up now with my stomach feeling weird, like the anxious feeling you get before you sit an exam or something.

I call the feeling in my legs 'Sleepy Legs'. I've had that all my life. I usually get it if I'm anxious about something or for example if I go asleep really late and my mind knows that I have to be up in a few hours (which results in me not sleeping). But now I'm waking up in the middle of the night every night with this feeling and I've never had that before.

I go to the gym everyday and take Gold Standard Whey Protein every morning. Could this be a cause? I've been taking protein for over a year and never experienced this before. Also, I'm 28.

Could this be some form of stress? (I doubt it's stress as I'm not working at the moment as I'm preparing to go travelling for a year with my g/f and am excited about that). Or could it be protein related or something else?

    Cheers in advance.
