    An bhfuil fíos ag aon duine má tá focal nó leagan cainte ann i Cúige Mumhan, Cúige Chonnacht nó Cúige Uladh mar 'i gór' (nó rud cosúil é sín) cé an bhrí atá 'for' as Béarla?

    Is there an expression in any of the Irish dialects that is something like 'i gór' that means 'for' in English

    (i.e. the cover is for the box)

    Ag brath ar chomhthéacs na habairte, is féidir úsáid a bhaint as "do", nó "i leith", nó "le haghaidh".
