    Hi Paul,

    I meant to reply to this the other day but forgot!

    myself and my boyfriend go to crunch in the morning time (no real fixed time atm but come september we'll be going every day 9-12- daughter back at playschool :D) if u fancy joining us the odd time.

    we generally just do our own thing and meet up at the end though, apart from if we're spotting each other. we listen to our mp3 the rest of the time, but even if you wanted to keep in touch and meet up every now and again.

    do u use the fitlinxx things? best of luck with your goals, its a great gym, especially the classes.
