4 week program suggestion?

    Lads I'm on garden leave for the next 4 weeks so pretty much going to spend it in the gym!

    I've been doing 5X5 for nearly a year now and getting a bit bored of it.

    I'm thinking of switching for the next 4 weeks while I have all this time just to see if I prefer it to 5X5.

    Goals would be to maintain muscle at least and drop as much of the body fat as possible.

    Anyone have any 4 week program suggestions? The idea would be I would continue once I get back in to work obviously
