Good gym close to Parnell Street, Dublin City Centre?

My regular gym across from where I'm living right now opens at 10:30am and closes at 9pm. Since I'm back working in the city centre and I don't get home until 8pm a lot of evenings I want to start working out before I go to work now.

I can't seem to find anywhere decent near Parnell Street (where my bus lets me off). Can anyone recommend a gym nearby that area? I need free weights, treadmill, etc.

Hercules club on Lurgan street or Ben Dunne on Jervis street.

Edit, I think the hercs only opens at 9 though.

Ben Dunne's gym on Jervis St has a decent gym, it opens early to about 9/10pm on weekdays.

It has cardio equipment on the lower floor and then the 2nd floor has mainly free weights and then some treadmills and bikes.

The lower floor tends not to be too busy, I've never had to wait for anything. And if you choose good times for the free weights upstairs you don't end up waiting for equipment.

Oh and the prices are pretty good!
