this isn't a typical stirfry and I'm just looking for feedback as to how healthy it actually is

    2 chicken fillets
    2 carrots
    1 celery stick
    1 red pepper

chicken is marinated in olive oil, curry powder, paprika, ground chillis, garlic salt

all of it is stirfried in olive oil, just enough to coat the base of the wok, its not swimming in it, primarily its for the protein in the chicken but overall what do you think? i use olive for the fats??

If you want exact feedback on the nutritional value of this meal, try typing the ingredients into FitDay or a similar website.

Personally I'd be far more inclined to use butter rather than olive oil for frying.

Also, if you're trying to eat healthily, I'd go for more veg. A couple of onions, a clove of garlic, maybe some spinach leaves? Throw in a few pine nuts too maybe.
