IMO there isn't enough carbs in your meals, which is what your muscles need for energy. Its important to judge the meals based on pre and post workout meals too.

My pre workout meal includes slow release carbs like fibre (brown breads, brown pasta etc) and my post workout has quicker release carbs (white breads, normal pasta etc.) Both include high protein too obv.

This is an example of my diet today, early workout day (approx values):

Pre: Weetabix, semi skimmed milk, protein shake: 51gr protein, 38gr carbs, 7gr fat

During: Nitrobolon: 17gr Protein, 11gr carbs, 0 fat

Post: Large white superquinn roll (just mentioned cuz they're bigger than normal ones ha) with roast chicken breast, mayo, lettuce, tomatoe, salad with dressing, protein shake: 52gr protein, 100gr carbs, 20gr fat.

Snack: Popcorn, Oats n honey bar, powerade: 7gr protein, 57gr carbs, 11gr fat

Dinner: Spuds, sea bass, peas, carrots, sauce: 25gr protein, 63gr carbs, 18gr fat

Before bed: Protein shake: 40gr protein, 2gr carbs, 2gr fat

Are you taking any supplements? Are you taking protein? You should be having at least 150 grams of protein a day for your bodyweight (approx a gram per pound)

Would appreciate any feedback on my diet/thoughts too :D

    Edit: Im 73kg
