Groin Strain?

So I searched the term 'groin strain' and couldn't find the answers that I'm looking for.

Basically I'm a regular gym-goer (4-5 sessions per week). I did a session today and was absolutely fine afterwards but as the day progressed I noticed a niggle in my right groin area when I walked.

It's been getting worse but is still completely bearable, not swollen, not heeding analgesia and not affecting me at all when I'm at rest.

My concern is that it will get worse if I go to the gym tomorrow my usual session would normally consist of:
    10-12k on bike (30 mins)
10 mins on rower at highest power
    15-20 mins cross-trainer (level 8)
Various upper body weights machines and dumbbell exercises(Lateral raise, front raise and biceps curl)
Leg extension and leg curl weight machine
    Floor exercises- crunches etc
    Stretches

Can anyone suggest an alterations needed?

It's againest the forum charter to offer medical advice, if you want program advice that's fine but for any injury related query you should see a medical professional.
