    this is going to sound like the most nitt pickin question ever(in my head anyway)

    is it safe to assume that all ez curl bars are 10kg?

    and if so is the load the same from an oly bar with 2x5kg plates(30kg) the same as an ez curl bar with 2x10kg plates(30kg)

    First question,
    No, not all EZ curl bars are 10kg, they vary from 7kg to 14kg (very few are up at 14kg, I just know that my gym had a big on that was)

    Second question
    Yeah the load is the same, the load acts on the centre of gravity, which is the same. But at the same time, the different grip position may how hard or easy the lift is
