Sprint speed

    I'm looking to build up my sprint speed and endurance(multiple sprints back to back with little or no(active?) recovery)

    I've found this online, about all i can find really, any thoughts?, its for rugby

    Second and third paragraph is what I'm interested in, i have no idea how to structure a sprint session, although i think i should work on say stamina one day and max speed another, i.e. longer rests between all out efforts??

    anyway any thoughts?, if this would be better in A/R/T let me know
