Hi all, just wondering if any knows of any natural type supplements/drinks that could be used to help to reduce high cholestrol? Prescription medicine has not helped and the individual in question is actively exercising but still no joy in any major reductions.

I heard that apples are supposed to reduce cholesterol - the theory is that the pectin binds to the fatty substances and helps the body to excrete it.
