There's been quite a few threads on this, so if you do a search you should find tons of info.

Shock Absorber is a good brand of sports bra, and they have various impact levels to choose from.

    + 1 for shock absorber!

They are brilliant and you can pick them up at debenhams for 30-45 euro.

Think I'll go for the shock absorber, seems like the best option and €40 aint too bad for non saggy boobs in the future (hopefully!)

    Thanks all

try ebay for the shock absorber.
i picked up a level 4 - especially for high impact sport for under £15 delivered
got it from this shop and is the level up from this one.

Oops sorry, didn't mean that to sound snarky or anything!;)

Debenhams actually have shock absorber bras on sale a fair bit, you might get one at half price if you're lucky. :)

My local Heatons were doing these bras in some sizes for 12e, not sure if the sale is still on but might be worth checking them out. I use this one and it's pretty good.

Oh thanks, thats sounds promising. Worth a try anyway!

Cant wait to get one cos I'm scared the ones I have now are dreadful and don't wanna ruin my boobs forever by not wearing the right bra!

Sorry to hijack a bit but I have looked at older treads and alot of the chat seemed to be about the larger sizes....I'm a 36C so not that big and I didn't really like the look of the shock absorbers with the weird clasps. I had been looking at the sportsjock but not sure if they are enough support even for smaller sizes. Anyone of my size try them?

Sorry never tried the sportsjock but Im a 34 D/DD but stick to the shock absorber for running, horse riding and tag. Iv never found anything else to be as comfy or supportive.

When I was younger and a 34 C I used to get enough support from a good wireless support (the type you can buy in dunnes) with a normal bra underneath.

    Hope this helps!

Is it really important wearing sports bra's for riding? I've had sports bra's for the gym but never considered wearing them in riding as I didn't feel the need to!(I'm a 32/34B) but I do remember reading an article about how they're important for when jumping! Maybe I should invest in proper ones now..
