    Heya guys just wondering if any1 has heard or tried hot blood before?
    its a gym suppliment just incase people are confused :D

    I've never used it, but I'd be keen to hear how you get on with it. Scitec is a good company, I love their wheys.

    When I was in the gym with my m8 he took it and it really really gave him a boost but im afaraid to take it incase of bad side affects

    I can't see why it would have any particular bad side effects. Have you taken creatine in the past? You could try a half dose and see how that works for you.

    Na I haven taken Creatine before I was told not to buy a friend who took a bad turn on it and ended up having to see his doctor over the pain he was in..

    I have taken protein and no bad effects..

    there is a tub getting sold for 40e in the gym at balleyer..BLCO
    cant member how many grams think it was in the 800s could be wrong only heard about it today :)

    Sounds very strange. Was he taking anything else as well? Creatine has been extensively researched and is generally considered to be a safe effective supplement. The most common side effect is a small amount of bloating.

    Not that I know he just told me that when he was on it after a few weeks he strated gettn really bad cramps and as the days went on they got worse so he went to the doctors...

    I have been taking USN pure protein choclate cream with water and it taste so bad I can bearly stomach it.. will milk instead of water change that?

    Yes, but it will pump up the calories. Try ice water, or ice and water and some frozen berries.

    Was he drinking enough water? Creatine encourages the muscles to fill up with glycogen, so if you are not drinking enough, you might run into trouble.

    Why should it? What damage is it supposed to do? And if you even suspect that it does, why would you even consider taking it?

    Thans of that i'll try some Ice water and berries...
    As far as I know he nver drank water in the gym, just drank energy drinks like lucazade sports and such
