Low Carb Lunch Inspiration

Hi all, trying to do a few days low carb this week, need to get something organised for lunch in work today. Have a tesco nearby and a kitchen with a kettle, micowave and toaster. I don't eat eggs or fish. Can anyone give me a suggestion thats more exciting than chicken salad?

I had some great ideas and then I saw the bit about the eggs/fish/chicken Vegetable soup is nutritious and filling but you probably need a protein source too so try mixing your meat of choice with lettuce, spinach, tomato, onion etc - if your near a tesco you could get a bagged salad to save time.
