Bad thoughts

Im looking at my dressing gown hanging on the back of the door, and it has a strong belt. My bf is downstairs watching telly, and by the time he comes to bed I could be long gone. I have felt like this for a while, I have gone to counselling,but cant get these thoughts out of my head. I dont want to feel this pain…
