Garmin-Mac users I need help with RoadTrip

    Can anyone tell me why I cant see a detailed map when I am in RoadTrip?

    I've gone onto the website and I am getting the following message:

    "Successfully unlocked maps for the device"

    So why no detail on the map in RoadTrip?

    Help!!!! Please.
