    @geralt I was told the same but at the end of the day it would make more sense if ya had a spread out team as people will be eventually workin in the home area, and eircom is wide spread, im sure ya get what im tryin to say:)

    I know they are spread nationwide, but as i asked them about it , the anwser was: " If there will be a job in dublin, you will be in dublin, but next week there might be a job in dundalk so you have to move to dundalk"

    Now i know it sounds awkward and they way that you describe lezza is more logical but thats the anwser i got from them when i asked about location

    At the assessments we were told that local knowledge would be the order of the day so someone from kerry would probably be working in that locality but at the interview i was told most jobs (maybe just during apprenticeship) would be on the eastern coast with the north east - dundalk drogheda the most likely areas as they had a severe shortage of staff

    looks well spread, for the training it will be mostly east coast according to ian but on quailification i believe u will be nearer home, thats what we were told at citywest:)

    hi all... im a rookie in boards ...iv bin following this thread since my online tests witch feel like a lifetime ago..so i thought id join ,sounds like u guys are pretty dwn t earth .. :D

    anyway ..just t let u no final ''final'' interviews are on thursday.. with job offers a.s.a.p did the assesment last week an im in for finals.. kind sick thinkin bout it.. its life changin opertunity.:eek:

    yeah so Ian said.. they hope t have it rolling in the next two weeks ..so im sure phone calls are iminent.. .they are behind schedule due to the 6000 or so aplicants. he said aprrox 150 would be asked to the final. so the odds seem gud..:(
